By downloading, installing, or using StreakFocus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
StreakFocus is a lightweight task and focus application designed to help users identify and complete up to three meaningful tasks per day. All data is stored locally on your device. StreakFocus does not sync data to the cloud and does not require user accounts.

All task data, streaks, and usage history are stored locally on your device. StreakFocus does not collect, transmit, or store personal information, usage analytics, or behavioral data on external servers.

StreakFocus is a productivity and focus tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or mental health advice.
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or manage ADHD or any other condition. Any references to focus, overwhelm, or attention are descriptive of user experience, not clinical claims.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from use of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, productivity, or anticipated benefits arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using StreakFocus at any time by uninstalling the App. We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.
